plz fill in your system specs.
did ya try other driver or non-DCH?
how does it look on the sensor page?
the right pic looks like memory going bananas.
is it clean from dust?
did ya ever change thermal paste? could be harder as a rock?

System Spec:
Motherboard: ASUS Prime H310M-D
Processor: Inter Core i3-8100
Memory: Kingston 2400Mhz DDR4 8GB*2
SSD: Kingston A400 240GB

The GPU is only 6months old. can't return for RMA because i lost my receipt.
i haven't tried changing thermal paste. the GPU is clean from dust and is looking new.
sensor page showing 0 on gpu clock, memory clock, and memory used.

but its a used card-bios from 2016 ?
whats your power supply plz? all connectors in ?

Powersupply is Deep Cool 600watts 80+ Bronze.
Connector is 6pin on GPU

about the gpu-bios, the old bios is 86.06.63.00.C6. i tried reflash the 86.06.27.00.84, but still the same problem.

funny how people ask completely irrelevant things like what PSU do you use or check thermal paste.... (really?)

looks like a BGA Damage, defective memory/controller.

DDU, use it without drivers, still an issue? yes?
use another PCIe Slot. still an issue?

Card is toast.

you can open it, look for some obvious problems, or you go on searching for the receipt.

so i am the people-thx for making me bigger then i am.

and if someone wants help then system specs is a good start.

butt have a nice day Mr.War !

i am sorry if it looks a bit harsh.. never was intended! (i am not a native english speaker)
GREAT excuse
Seems to me that indeed a memory problem, had it myself with a different GPU. and GpuZ should show more Computing Tech, not sure what that could be...

Yeah, the memory chips on that card is corrupt. Time for a new GPU

Wait we need to know in what non earthy frequency the memory modules was stressed due overclocking ? :)

About the OP he should contact directly and the manufacturer headquarters , there is a good chance of him getting help.
But if BIOS this is messed up ? he has burn his luck double time in a single day.

hi,

i can rewrite the old bios if the receipt has been found.
but the thing is. the card has not been overclocked at all. i have used it for a couple of months on gaming. not necessarily heavy. then this happened.
no choice for me then, other than contacting manufacturer. i have checked online about the rma on the manufacturer site. still got the warranty. so i better find that receipt.

the card has the artifact even on the startup.
also tried ddu and use it without drivers, and still has the artifact.
how much do you think is the cost for the repair(not manufacturer).

still got the warranty. so i better find that receipt.

Contact the shop which you did buy the card from and ask them to reprint for you one copy of the receipt.

yes RMA it, memorys toast. flash back the OG bios, get a replacement receipt from where you brought it.
