Talking about a budget 4K monitor LG 24UD58. It comes with native resolution of 4K @ 60Hz.
I like to know if I scale down the resolution to 1080p, will Windows gives me more refresh rates to choose from. Or the refresh rate is fixed at 60Hz no matter what resolution it is set to?
