AMD Radeon Software Keeps Crashing

Hi, my name is Jordan and I've been having issues with my GPU RX 570 ever since I got it. I bought my new GPU from amazon and it was working great for about 2-3 weeks but then after that, I kept receiving constant crashes and times where my screen freezes with a strange checkboard pattern that's a bunch of different colors. I have tried many solutions and fixes from others but nothing has worked for me thus far. I've tried using the most updated drivers from AMD's website, old drivers, I've tried undervolting my GPU as well as playing around with fan curves via AMD software and MSI afterburner but nothing has stopped the crashes from happening. The crashes typically will happen sometimes when I boot up my computer after like 10 seconds and other times, it will crash when I'm on chrome watching a live stream or watching a video in fullscreen. Also, an important thing to note is that every single time my pc crashes, the Radeon software application that is in my taskbar goes away until I restart my pc so that hows I know there is most likely an issue with Radeon software because after I crash and the Radeon software logo goes away from my taskbar, I can play games and do whatever for hours on end until I restart my pc and the logo comes back to the taskbar. I have attached a picture I took right when a crash was happening and a screenshot of the event viewer log when the crash was reported.

you can get an rma from the manufacturer.

Use DDU and re install Radeon Software.
Also try this:
Like I have already mentioned before, I have DDU and reinstalled Radeon software numerous times with plenty of old and new versions. I have also used the built-in cleanup tool that you mentioned in the link and this does not work for me either even when combined with DDU.

yes, I could do this but this would really be my last resort, plus, my pc will actually run completely fine with zero crashes if I just DDU my Radeon software off of my system but this is not the best solution since keeping Radeon software on your pc and keeping it updated helps the performance of the gpu.

did you install the software with your AV software enabled?

So the only way to see what is causing the error is thru winEventViewer.

I've witnessed Radeon Adrenalin software have a glitch like this before, with a healthy card. All I could do, was reboot, to have it go back to normal.

First I would try to run the card on a different PC, and/or use another card on the same PC. I know this isn’t easy to find the parts to do it.
If the card is all new it has a vendor warranty and should be covered for RMA.

What about the rest of the system? Is it old or new? And you should fill your profile with all system parts and specifications in detail, and make it visible to others.

my entire pc is fairly new, built only 4 months ago now right before gpu prices skyrocketed. I do not have another pc to test my gpu on unfortunately but I'm fairly sure my gpu itself is the issue here. Profile:
Computer Type: Desktop

GPU: PowerColor Red Dragon Radeon RX 570 AXRX 570 4GBD5-3DHD/OC

CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 3200G 4-Core Unlocked Desktop Processor with Radeon Graphics

Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-A320M-S2H (AMD Ryzen AM4/MicroATX/2xDDR4/HDMI/Realtek ALC887/3xPCIe/USB3.1 Gen 1/LAN/Motherboard)

BIOS Version: A52

RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3200MHz C16 Desktop Memory Kit - Black

PSU: Thermaltake Smart 500W 80+ White Certified PSU, Continuous Power with 120mm Ultra Quiet Cooling Fan, ATX 12V V2.3/EPS 12V Active PFC Power Supply PS-S

Operating System & Version: WINDOWS 10 Home

GPU Drivers: Currently using 19.12.1 but I have even tried the most updated as well

Description of Original Problem: Radeon software or GPU keeps freezing and crashing

Troubleshooting: I've tried rolling back to previous versions, and DDU'd my GPU, underclocking my gpu, turning off freesync and enhanced sync, turned off dedicated graphics in bios, overheating is not an issue since I've increased fan curves.

Anecdotal evidence but my RX 470 always showed driver crashed and recovered during the last few months of its life. No weird artifact, no weird visual glitch, no game-crashing event. Just sometimes a notification would pop up on Windows 10. I ignored it since I bought it second-hand out of warranty. But then one day, it died.

Like others have said, RMA the card.

Do you have chrome open on startup, is it allowed to sit idling while you're gaming.
I ask because I have had similar recently and my pc runs loaded all the time perfectly fine, unless I have a tab left open , I can surf fine though ,just can't leave a page to be viewed tomorrow.
Haven't reported it since it's not too bothersome.
It's clearly worse for you but could be worth a look.

Could you contact Amazon and state its faulty. They’re usually pretty good if it’s within warranty

I cannot return this GPU since I've had it for over 3 months now and amazon does not accept returns past a month.
The GPU has manufacturer warranty.

I've seen artifacts similar to yours when overclocking, and increasing the Power Limit by +20% or so fixed that. But I'd agree with everyone above that you should pursue an RMA if possible. Best of luck.

It is illegal for a company to not offer a year warrenty in most countries
otherwise try uninstalling your readeon drivers and doing a basic install rather then full (ie just the driver through device manager)

Exactly, I am pretty sure this has manufacturer warranty. Which in that case you can RMA it. The "Over 3 Months" sounds like a Amazon direct replacement or returns policy.

most cards these days are used at least once on mining.. doesn't matter what the seller says..
just find stock bios for your card and flash bios.
do DDU and reinstall drivers.
if this doesn't fix the issue check your GPU in someone else system and if problem persists.. you know the answer.

also see if you've changed the windows page file for mining, that too gives crashes on some games / cards.

except when the card is new
then it tends to have a stock bios
