when i get a windows 11 error message or when my win 11 boot sound plays i get a spark like sound

Inspect the speaker housing if possible? They tend to attract metal debris , if it’s a super slim laptop it will get messy , second thing it could be drivers, try uninstalling drivers and disable windows auto-driver update at least until you’re done testing , it is very likely that windows will keep forcing drivers updates so I suggest you :
:
1- download the latest official drivers for win 11 from lenovo
2- disable internet access manually if possible ( if you have a dedicated airplane mode switch , if not just temporarily disable auto connection to network..
3- uninstall the audio drivers from device manager (make sure you check “delete device drivers” ) , and also use the software you downloaded from Lenovo to uninstall (if it allows) that .
Now boot and see if you still get issues without any drivers installed , let us know how it goes .. good luck:)

but the drivers are for windows 10 64 bit version 1903

im on windows 11
Considering w11 is not actually released and these are test builds, have you verified that the issue in question is not with w11? It's is not a retail release yet so, unfinished software is unfinished.
Drivers for w10 should generally work fine on w11 and if there are no specific w11 drivers yet, then wait for them. What do you expect of testing unfinished software?
otherwise findout whatever audio device or chipset you actually have and see if that manufacturer have drivers that are newer (which they often do) eg. realtek or whatnot.
