Here's a pic showing the clearance between my radiator and ram. Any one know what ram that's possibly 3600 at least would go in here. Atm I have two mixed sticks, 2600/2400 generic.

Probably something low profile.

You're eventually going to have to take a measurement so you might as well do it now. We can't figure it out from photos.

Pull out the stick closest to the radiator fan and measure the height. Reinstall the stick and measure from the top of the stick to the fan It will probably easiest to use a piece of stiff paper or something like a toothpick and make a mark with a pen. Add the two measurements and you'll know what the maximum clearance is.

T-Force Dark Zα or Corsair Vengeance LPX would be good starting places for low profile RAM. I would trust the manufacturers' websites over online retailers (like Amazon or Newegg) for exact dimensions. Most of the major RAM manufacturers should have at least one low-profile product line. If you have a favorite brand, look at that manufacturer's website first.

Also generally speaking if you're not doing any crazy overclocking and have decent airflow through your case you can use sticks without heat spreaders.

Best of luck.

3cm for stick, 1cm between stick and fan.

look at the bottom of the pages

Kingston, Corsair and Gskill are most probably your best choice. Are you sure your 2600x can handle 3600Mhz Speeds?

Hi,
From the top of the mother boards slot to top of trident-z 3600c16 kit heat sink is 1-9/16"
Trident-z you could buzz a little off 1/8" the heat sink on the edge if it is to tall before getting into the plastic holder I guess it is

I don't see why not, unless someone on here knows otherwise
I have a 2600X and 3600 18-20-20 on my Single Rank (2x8 = 16GB) G.Skill 3200Cl16 C-Dies was sketchy at best, on my Dual Rank (2x16 = 32GB) Goodram IRDM 3600 18-22-22 kit with hynix chips, anything 3400 and higher will not boot into windows (but 3600 somehow gets to the bios). 3333 16-18-16 is the best i could do. And anything above 3200 is considered very luck of the draw with Zen+ usually.

Here is my clearance. i have basically about 4cm +/- a couple of mm from base of ram slot to the fan

Hi,
Total trident-z height is probably in their spec's I measure 1-11/16"
Top of the slot is 1-9/16" so yeah it doesn't go into the slot very much.

Only memory worth buying is b-die it has the widest compatibility between amd and intel shit just works tight timings is the way to know
c14 is always 14-14-14 & c16 is always 16-16-16

B-Die Finder

Might be a little easier to slot the fan body a little ;)

I'll share the dimensions of my sticks - heights are with pins included:
- Ballistix Sport LT - 33 mm,
- Ballistix Gaming (non-RGB) - 42 mm.
