Hey guys , I've got a problem at my PC , it was frozen when it was turned on , I tried to restart it but now it have 4 beeps . I know that means problems on RAM , battery or GPU , but I tried to fix it and it not work (Like put in and out The Gpu , The RAM and The battery) , cam you help me , please

Try one stick of RAM at a time, don't just reseat.

HI,
Post the exact pc model & brand
Find out which memory slot to use for single channel/ one stick of memory and use it with however many sticks you have one at a time.

Batteries are cheap so just get a replacement.

If you have onboard graphic's remove the gpu and use it.

I tried as on second slot all memories without works . I tried to remove Gpu again with works . I will try again , but now with first slot . Thanks

Read your motherboard manual. It will specify which memory slots should be used first.

The point in installing sticks one at a time is to identify if you have a faulty stick.

I have a problem , how to fix 5 beeps without any cost ?

System specs please?
Also it's likely not possible to fix for free.

You've authored two consecutive posts about error beeps, four beeps and now five.

Your first course of action should be to READ your motherboard owner's manual to determine what the beep codes mean. It behooves you to detail what parts are in your build.

Until you accomplish all of this it is unlikely that you will receive any worthwhile diagnoses here. And you may still need to have it repair, either yourself or by someone more qualified (if you lack the expertise). You may want to consider service under the manufacturer's warranty policy but it's up to you to determine whether or not you are eligible for that.

One thing for certain, if you have someone else fix it, it won't be free. Just like no one will fix your car, toilet, or teeth for free.

Best of luck.

Threads merged. OP pls do not create another thread about this.

Hi,
Yeah 5 beeps well only listing I saw was for old legacy boards and it was cpu dead (not used) so just like 00 on newer boards.

4 bleeps, is possibly a Foxconn-specific code for RAM-init-failure.

Erm Award, Phoenix, AMI, American Mega Trends are bios makers and until we know the specs we are shooting in the dark.
