Hello everyone, could I count on a little help in setting the throttestop correctly for this processor?
;aptop it GX701GXR with i7 9750h 90W and 2070 115W

below some screenshot from my settings.
I do not understand why, despite the fresh windows system, it does not practically beat the freq.

You need to check the MMIO Lock box.

I set Intel GPU, iGPU Unslice and System Agent to +0.0000

I only undervolt the CPU Core and the CPU Cache. The CPU Core looks OK. The CPU Cache should be about -100 mV.

Set IccMax for both the Core and the Cache to the maximum, 255.75.

it does not practically beat the freq.
I do not understand what you are trying to say. If you want your CPU to run at maximum speed then use the Windows High Performance power plan and set Speed Shift EPP to 0.

I set Intel GPU, iGPU Unslice and System Agent to +0.0000 - why? isn't it better to lower everything? I am stable with these settingsI
The CPU Cache should be about -100 mV. - everything above 0.05v causes crashes :/ I don't understand why it's supposedly the fault of this damn 90w limit

Undervolting the System Agent does not usually reduce power consumption very much. If you have a Nvidia GPU and use that when playing a game, undervolting the Intel GPU and iGPU Unslice is not going to save any power. If you undervolt any of these, you can make your computer unstable while not saving any power. That is why I do not undervolt these three.

Have you tried undervolting the cache more than -50 mV when the System Agent, Intel GPU and iGPU Unslice are all set to zero? Hardly anyone with a 9750H is limited to only -50 mV on the cache. Maybe you just got unlucky.

I tried that, so I decided to reduce the rest to at least somehow even it out :/

how to set max power 60 wat in p0? it floats between 60 and 63 although it maintains a stable 4.0 ghz
in addition, why with benchmarks it never exceeds 4.0 ghz "?

Check the Clamp boxes and set PL1 and PL2 to 60W. That should prevent the CPU from going over 60W.

The FIVR window shows that the maximum multiplier is 40 when 6 cores are active. The 9750H does not support any overclocking.
