check this out. i dusted this fully tonight and put on mx-6 just about 30 minutes ago or so.

she is brand new again, also @R-T-B your brother should be ashamed that he lets his hardware get so dusty. it was the worst I ever seen (I knew what I was buying, not mad at you just to be clear, I was perfectly happy to clean as I made clear to you, when I opened it up it was horrible though, lol)

now just going to let it all dry for 24 hours, I used a hair dryer, so its probably ok even now. but just to be safe. 24 hours. arctic mx-6 is on though. she is good to go for 6-8 more years. rock on mates!

My old beloved Evga GTX 1070 FTW is in my sons pc with my old delidded 7700k, still rocking. Since he doesn't need that much gpu horsepower i gave away my rtx 2070 super to a friend from my Battlefield clan who was using a GTX 1070 but he upgraded his Cpu from a 4770k to a 11700k.
The GTX 1070 and GTX 1080 are amazing cards, after all these years they hold a kings crown IMO.

Well if I may brag, I still have a sealed copy of Fallout New Vegas for the PS3 :laugh:

Nothing in the particular way of rare I'm afraid... not for lack of wanting that's for sure. There was a limited run, numbered Nuka-Cola collab case that NZXT made back then... god I wanted one of those so bad and they never made it to my corner of the world :cry:

its all good, its brand new now and works good on my end. for my labor maybe I can make like 15 bucks off of what i bought it for, and apply that towards a 4070 ti or 4080. going to list it for sale soon.

Used to have a similar desk. I am a no nonsense maso but even that's not enough for that desk to be justified. Currently having a custom 5 ft x 3 ft rectangular mofo and can't stop enjoying it.

Back to ol reliable.. took the nvme sinks off, and am just running the stock mobo sinks. Took all of the rainbow fans out except for the front ones.. I might order the Black Torrent fans for up front..

I also squeezed the stock TL-D14X into the exhaust to keep it somewhat coordinated

Le sigh..

How well is the T30 in front of the cooler improves the temperature? Worth it?

I'm thinking of swapping out my slim 17mm fan (fuma2) in front but it would then require an offset as normal size fan wouldnt fit because of RAM.
