Your PC ATM

Or is it trimming the cacti

I didn't think Cacti was the type of plant that needs trimming, does it?

You have lawns in the outback?

Yep, plenty of lawn down under mate. I live in Western Australia where it's a more arid climate and pretty much mandatory to install Reticulation.

Probably installed more than 10,000m² of turf over my time. Got plenty of varieties to choose from too depending on the situation.

I think they have that lawn-in-a-can stuff, like that spray on hair

Nah, plenty of Astro turf goes in though. Install it myself. People are getting too lazy to look after their lawns and also don't want to spend the extra $$$ watering it.

Its quite a common practice these days. Problem is it's not cooling the planet. :(

No reason to post twice, so I'll just drop a link. :)

You took the easy way out.. must post in triplicate!

Decided it was time to do a platform upgrade on my main machine. Moved from 10th Gen Intel to Ryzen 7 7800X3D.

Games def feel a whole chunk smoother and fewer hitches. Can now actually take full advantage of my graphics card.

Waiting on FormD T1 to eventually restock :( and actually invest in some custom length cables so it's not as much of a rat nest in there!

New parts came in: I replaced my Thermaltake Water 3.0 240 AIO with a DeepCool AK620 Digital and two Thermalright TL-C12RB-S fans for the case.

Lights on them still off because none are compatible with (nor came with an adapter for) the VDG pinout on my Aorus motherboard.

Replaced the vibrating D5 with a new one, so put the ultitube back in, Flow is better now 125L/h

How do those be quiet air coolers go? They look pretty neat. 6 heatpipes?
6 heatpipes, one 135 mm fan (with brackets for a second one), £70. I bought it because the 280 mm AIO that I had before couldn't cool the 7800X3D. This one can. I can recommend it without a second thought. :)

If it's not enough, there's also the dual-tower Pro version with 7 heatpipes and two fans. It would have been overkill for the X3D, though.

Cool, that 35mm is awesome. I'm into my air-cooling atm. I've been custom water cooling my main machine for almost 20 years. Thought I could do with a change :)

I've been into AIOs for ease of maintenance, but the 7800X3D changed my mind. I'm not gonna look back. :)

Nice! And a different kind of supporting tubes, lol.
BTW, what is that flow sensor? And got a link?

Thx

It is a high flow next, was trying to get one for ages. Igor did a test of it, it is very accurate. The block on the GPU is very heavy, had it vertical but did not like the way it blocks access to the bottom of the board, and it traps bubbles when vertical.
