How did you apply the thermal paste? It is usually best to spread a thin even layer on mobile CPUs.

Order some genuine Honeywell PTM 7950. That might work better.

You cannot get maximum performance from your CPU until you find a way to improve the cooling.

Check both Clamp boxes to limit the power.

1-thermal paste applied by computer service

2-I will buy a new thermal paste and apply it as you said to a friend who understands computers. and what can i do more for improve cooling ?

3-I don't understand which boxes I should tick ( i find sorry )

4-There is something I want to ask, I think I have solved the temperature problem. Now my temperature is between 55-70 but it is not constant. PKG power suddenly becomes 25 and then it drops to a value between 3-8. At that time, my temperature is 80 and drops temprature back normal. Is this normal?
and the temperature in the game is 85 degrees

5-Just a little question my CPU usage is 100% and GPU is between 60-40 is there any way to solve this? (mine gpu rtx2060)

Increase the resolution.
