hacked

sorry, no, hate stuff beyond email/phone mssg.

would be easier and way faster to have someone with a little pc knowledge to help you (friends/family),
instead of trying to go back and forth with any form of mssg.

to give you an idea: load the bios defaults, reboot, load optimized defaults (if there is the option for it),
and reinstall win from usb.
can we use chat in here

load bios default, turn off pc, unplug psu, unplug cord unplig baterry
put baterry back in after a minute
plug errything in and go

It probably is hardware malware so I cant do anything about it not even reinstall windows or nothing?
Well this thread got busy...

Please update your full system specs in your profile with has much details as possible about all your hardware.
This will help those helping you with troubleshooting or finding a possible solution the the problem.

If you re-flash the BIOS that should remove any custom flashed BIOS malware but these are quite rare unless you bought a second hand PC
or a used motherboard that was flashed with custom BIOS or someone had direct access to your PC and they infected it.

Its not common to get a hardware level malware from running files downloaded
from the net because they will need to know what BIOS and motherboard you have but its not impossible in most cases such malware is never used to targeted at ordinary
citizens but governments and big companies etc.

If you comfortable flashing your BIOS download your motherboard user manual check for the latest BIOS on the official support page follow the instructions.
Its quite simple if you running a newish board just need to have a USB pen drive that is formatted to FAT32.

yes, then load bios defaults (again), reboot, enter bios and load optimized (settings),
if you have that option.
then install win, then chipset/graphic card/audio drivers from the websites of board/gpu maker.

i do like to help, but my response to have someone "locally" help you is based on my experience
helping friends over the phone, and that was with the fact that i exactly new the hw/bios they had,
as i had built the rig, and it still took half a day (update/tweak settings towards hw and use).

You aren’t a pain. Everyone is new at some point. You should read about how to reinstall windows rather than playing with your bios.

so complicated im sorry for being such a pain i just know nothing what to do in bios
If you own an MSi motherboard then this video should explain the process. If you have a different brand board the process should be similar
this is why you should check what model your motherboard is and follow the instructions.

Some PC shops may even do the BIOS update for free if you bought the PC from them. If things go wrong during the BIOS update the PC may fail to startup
or boot into windows. They may even reinstall Windows for you if they are nice.

So flashing the BIOS can make things worse if something goes wrong during the update process.

"For free" ..India maybe.... Not in Europe for sure...

Its probably to late, but I would download the drivers onto the USB stick prior to wiping the pc. Then reinstall windows, with it not connected to any thing. Wifi, off, no ethernet cable, no blue tooth. Once install is complete, then update drivers, then I would let windows connect. To many open holes in windows with our the patches installed.

Ok, then your not wiping the drive. You are just re-installing or repairing windows. That will not remove any virus or program that is active and allowing your attacker access.

You will not have a "windows.old" file on a wiped install.

You can check your bios for a drive wiper, or format. My X470 has that option.

If not, when you boot from the USB stick, choose new install and advanced options, or something of the like and delete all partitions on the drive, all of them. Then re-select the drive and install windows. Until this is done, they will always have access to your computer.

The before mentioned bios update. Yes, it is important to keep the bios upto date, as they fix any exploits that are discovered. But if you have updated it and cleared, you have not removed it from the drive on the system.

Select Custom.

Delete all drives in the screen. So they all say Unallocated.

Then install windows.

Also once you've reinstalled windows:
Set and use 2-Factor-Authentication wherever possible and don't re-use the same passwords.
