This is a most unusual graphics card. If I recall correctly, this was the card used in an earlier generation of the GRID/GeForce Now service. Since this GPU technically was never released, you cannot install regular driver downloads on them.
My best shot would be to try to install 475.14 through NVCleanstall, and use NVCleanstall's option to Add Device ID

It's a TU102 so the closest is RTX 2080 Ti, name you input "NVIDIA Tesla T10"
