AMD Radeon RX 9070 graphics card has dipped below its MSRP for the first time since launch, according to a price tracker by ComputerBase. One of Germany's largest online retailers, Alternate, is offering the XFX Radeon RX 9070 Quicksilver OC for €613, undercutting AMD's MSRP target of €629. This marks the first time since launch that consumers can purchase the card at a sub-MSRP rate. When the Radeon RX 9070 and its faster sibling, the RX 9070 XT, debuted in early March, both models briefly sold at their intended MSRPs of €629 and €689, respectively. Soon after, retail prices surged, and the cheapest listings for non-XT SKU remained around €649, €20 above MSRP, for weeks.

The card features a factory OC, boosting the base clock by 8% to 1,440 MHz, the game clock by 7% to 2,210 MHz, and the boost clock by 7% to 2,700 MHz, while the memory clock runs at an effective 20.1 Gbps. A ComputerBase pricing bot dedicated to tracking Radeon RX 9000 series fluctuations finally displayed the offer after an earlier error had prevented listing. Meanwhile, the RX 9070 XT remains priced above €700, with no comparable sub-MSRP listings. Enthusiasts hoping for a similar price drop on the XT variant will need to wait and monitor whether other retailers follow Alternate's example or if further price adjustments occur in the coming weeks. If you see a good deal, it may not be there for long, so act swiftly!

Not in Poland, it's still hovering around €700 on a good deal, most stores have them at €750+.

In Poland, the "newness tax" stage lasts quite a long time. Don't worry, prices here will also fall soon when sales at inflated prices come to a halt.

Some shop is selling 9060 xt with price of 9070 xt when launched

3859,20 pln is a little over 900 euro.

That's why I learned not buying anything at the launch, cause You can be sorry later.
On other site there is for 2740 PLN what is 640 Euro. still to much for me, I thought that it should be around 1500-1700 PLN, 350-400 euro

The market will probably fully collapse in on itself as the Covid era price increase boom finally ends...

Sadly the non-XT's MSRP is way less appealing anyway.
Still, any return to sensible pricing is good news.

If anything it's Nvidia cards that stick closer to the MSRP now. AIB 5080's cost nearly the same as Founders Edition. It's just that the MSRP for Nvidia cards is insane once you go above 5070 Ti level.

Still over $200 MSRP here in Aus and sadly I bet will stay way above it for the rest of the yr, if not 2.

Yeah, I noticed that. I managed to buy an AIB 5070Ti at Nvidia's MSRP on launch day, and they've been back at MSRP for a few weeks now.

AIB 5080's were 15% higher than MSRP at a minimum, even before you consider launch-day scalping, so it was $750 vs 1150 meaning 50% extra money for your extra 10% performance (if your 5080 even came with all the ROPs it was supposed to, lol)

Still $789 for that card in the US. AMD swore msrp was $550 lol. Closest price to that right now is $649. Cheapest XT right now is $799. Completely fake msrp

5070 Ti is CHEAPER than 9070 XT in Russia. I knew AMD were never to be trusted but this is rich even by their standards.

9070 non-XT is 30 bucks cheaper but... anyway.

Also worth mentioning it's $840+VAT (12% over MSRP) for a 5070 Ti and $870+VAT (45% over MSRP) for a 9070 XT.
