Friends, I have an XFX RX580 and I can't install the driver. It gives the error that the driver could not be installed and the code 43 error comes up in the device manager. I tried it on another PC and it was working there. I wonder if it is related to the motherboard.

Something does not seem right with the info GPU-z is giving on that card. A few discrepancies in that screen shot and my gpu-z on my 580. First does that system have a 16x slot?
My motherboard model is gigabayte fintech ga b250, there are 13 graphics card slots, x16 is available, as I said I couldn't install the driver, so things like opencl vulkan are not visible.

Is this a mining card and does it have a modded bios?
No bro it's not mining it has 5 display outputs 1 hdmi 3 display 1 dvi 2 bios one silent one performance

Did the card work properly before? Did you buy this card new or is it used?
Before I installed the card on my motherboard, I tried it on another PC. The card was tingling under load. When I installed it on my motherboard, the device became a Microsoft Basic Display Adapter and I tried to install the driver.I tried but when it comes to the end of the installation it gives an error and says code 43

Please remove the cooler and make a clear picture of the PCB and memory chips

if you are lucky its a driver problem , if you are not the card is faulty . use "display driver uninstaller" to remove all the display drivers on your system then reinstall the AMD driver.
also if you suspect the motherboard try updating it to the latest bios and try a bios reset.
