Not sure if you're still here but I believe the max PLL possible is 1.125v. Because the trim is in 15mv values and can only go up to 0x0f (hex), which is 15 decimal, so 900mv + 15mv*15=225mv=1.125v).
This is well defined on Arrow Lake, since you enter in an offset in decimal (0-15) there, but...
what video card is this? You didn't mention the card anywhere.
If you want to use liquid metal on the GPU, tape the SMD's around the die with kapton tape (or nail polish or silicon sealant, but kapton tape is much easier to work with) and make sure you have proper thickness thermal pads or one...
Um....
Anyone notice anything similar between:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09P3SQ3RX
and
https://www.amazon.com/JLJ-Compound-Processor-Performance-Interface/dp/B09MHVN3G2 ?
.......
Is it me or is that the exact same company?
Yes they are completely compatible. The IHS height and size and substrate size is 100% the same as 12th gen. Just the internal die under the IHS is larger.
So you can expect 2-6C temp improvement. This has already been tested by a few sites and by a couple of end users. And under most...
Call Paypal up on the phone and very politely explain the situation.
If you are proactive and do more than the scammer, Paypal will most likely side with you.
Your screenshot is postage stamp sized and can't be read.
Anyway, black screen+100% fan speed is is because of the high hotspot temperature.
This is almost 100% certain to be *MOSFET* or *VRM* thermal pads and not GPU thermal paste.
While thermal paste issues can also cause high hotspot deltas...
To be fair, the #1 priority on laptops is to get the heatsink properly balanced and with firm, even contact pressure. Tripod heatsinks are the worst.
IF you have proper Conductive Balls of Doom protection (thin soft (low PPI) polyurethane foam dams + Kapton tape (or nitrocellulose based nail...
Can you two take it to private message so we can get back on topic? There's been zero discussion in this thread about the benefits of going private and 99% ego whoring from people apparently with deep connections to some of these companies, or those who got bitten by the mouse/keyboard switch...
Oh, the standard convex MSI heatsink at work again.
Had to sand one of those on my GT73VR to get the 4 cores delta down to 4C.
Trick to sanding those is to remember that "less is more". You only want to sand just enough to make the block flat--and not a single 0.2 millimeter more than that...
You have a contact pressure issue. What is your cooler you are using with this?
Your odd numbered cores are all the hottest cores, with core 3 and 5 the hottest.
Those are the same hottest cores on 8 P core chips, just with 2 more cores. The problem is your delta is too extreme. Coldest to...
Long shot, but what happens if you go into your router configuration program and DISABLE IP v6?
On some crappy AT&T U-verse modems, there was a fatal hardware flaw long ago where if you had IP v6 enabled, it would cause the entire router to lose connection and to power cycle randomly, meaning...
Contact Gigabyte support and ask for a manual firmware flash. They have the tools to do that. Depending on the hardware on the card, it might just be NVflash with a direct ROM file supplied by them rather than a pre-packaged executable flasher.
Have you tried manually flashing your card with...
Any links on where to actually buy them?
Last time I tried something like this a company rep emailed me saying "they don't mail to non business addresses: also I'm not sure of your intentions, call me for more info".
I do NOT want to go through that again. I just want to play video games...
I'm guessing that motherboard doesn't have a POST code display.
But with the red CPU light on, I'm guessing the error may have been "00".
Most likely the culprit was the ratio you chose. There are two ratios for DDR5: 100/100 and 100/133. DDR4 had similar ratios as well on RKL chips, etc...
