Hard disk space maybe?

I have a HP ML150 G6 Server that has a curious problem. As soon as I put a specific HD4850 in the inside, the card's D1601 LED comes on and the card does not startup. But this card works perfectly in any other PC. I have tried other display cards in this server and they work without any...

coretemp32 logs the temps and cpu clocks in a txt file. this same version of coretemp works on all my other pc's.

the full screen app i tried was TES:Oblivion. I have tried Furmark and 3dmark05 as well.

between 35 and 55 depending on the load(stock intel cooler).

I got my girlfriend a PC with a AMD Phenom X3 8750. This processor seems to be much slower than my E8400, especially when playing games which is its primary use, even though it has 2Gb more of faster ram (1066) than mine (800). Is a upgrade to the X4 worth the money for the performance again...

I would say no on the second 3870 and yes on the 4870. Got one this weekend and it beats the socks of the 3870. If you have 4870 you could always add another 4870 but if you buy another 3870 you will have buy two new cards if want to stick to crossfire on your next upgrade.
