    P8Z77-V PREMIUM x16 slot

You'll only get 8x if ou do 3 way xfire, but since i will only do 2 carss, i will have to put the 2 cars on the first 2 blue slots. Regarding the cable, my sapphire 7970 does come with xfire cable and it seems to be long enough, i just hope it will fit.

    P8Z77-V PREMIUM x16 slot

So, that means that for getting xfire x16 speed lane, id have to install 2 gpu's in the 2 blue pcie x16 slot? I was actually thinking of installing one the pcie x16 blue and the other one in the pcie x16 white one. http://www.asus.com/Motherboard/P8Z77V_PREMIUM/#gallery However, there...

    P8Z77-V PREMIUM x16 slot

That's right, that what im asking. In there says that for getting x16 on xfire (2 cards) you need to install them on the first blue pcie x16 (blue) and the other gpu card on the blue pcie x16 (blue one) As you can tell, both are kinda separated, so i was wondering if the crossfire cable...

Asrock Fatality Pro z77 Sata Ports

Image. I think you are getting confused bud, I was asking you in regards of the 4 BLACK sata II ports (the ones from the left) I dont think are actually asmedia, because they dont have the A index as the other sata ports. The other Sata ports are red, the first 2 are the Intel, the...

Asrock Fatality Pro z77 Sata Ports

Alright then, the Intel sata III can do raid o, but the asmedia will not, is that correct? Also, as per the other 4 sata II, they run under asmedia or not??

Asrock Fatality Pro z77 Sata Ports

Nice, that means that the 6 red sata III ports (Intel and Asmedia) can run on raid 0? The rest of the sata II they run under the intel chipset!:D I would connect the Sata II (Sata2_2_3_4_5) to my optical drives then and use the 2 sata III (Sata3_0_1) from intel for the raid 0! The Asmedia...

Asrock Fatality Pro z77 Sata Ports

Intel That makes sense, there is no A on that Sata port at all, so once again must be under the intel chipset. Can someone confirm this? Thanks

Asrock Fatality Pro z77 Sata Ports

Raid 0! I believe that too! The Sata 3_0 and Sata 3_1 runs under the Intel Chipset. There are 4 Asmedia Sata ports, however, how about the black Sata ports 2? Which chipset runs them? Intel or Asmedia?? Thanks mate:D

Asrock Fatality Pro z77 Sata Ports

Asmedia. Thank you sir!:toast: ftp://174.142.97.10/manual/Fatal1ty%20Z77%20Professional.pdf As per the Manua, the 2 sata III are: Sata 3_0 and Sata 3_1 (No A at all) so i guess that's the Intel sata III ports right?
