This "GeForce 551.31 WHQL Driver That Supports RTX 4080 SUPER" fails to install on an older GTX 1070 Ti card. The previous GeForce 551.23 WHQL driver works fine.
Seasonic announced 4 new ATX 3.0 PSU's a week or two ago. Two are "gold" rated, two are "platinum" rated.
It's possible that these MSI PSU's are simply the same re-branded Seasonic PSU's.

Is the Radeon VII supported yet by GPU-Z?
In particular, there seems to be a problem in certain systems such as with the Intel X299 chipset, of being forced into "CSM enabled" mode when the Radeon VII is installed.
Would like to use GPU-Z to double-check that the "UEFI bios check box" for this...

A CMOS reset may be required, since you have switched from video card to MB video without first adjusting the bios setting.
Check the printed owner's manual for the motherboard for the CMOS reset procedure.
Can you post a link to the software tools that were used?; that might be useful.
An MSI X58 board that I have should probably also have a microcode update against the Spectre/Meltdown security issue.
The UBU (UEFI Bios Updater) Tool only works on AMI UEFI bioses, which the MSI X58 board...
Okay: is the audio out chip that's found on video cards, found as a separate microchip, or is it located on the same wafer as the GPU?
I recall that some ATI (pre-AMD buyout) video cards did include Realtek audio.
At any rate: it seems to be logical to include some details on the audio output...
Is more detailed information available for determining the specific GPU audio chip's model number & capabilities? S/N ratio, for example.
AFAIK, Realtek audio chips are usually found on most video cards with audio out capability, even though the AMD/nVidia driver usually calls the audio driver...
