DFI motherboard has been served as the pronoun for highest efficiency with its top efficiency and efficiency contributing to the first choice for super frequency manufacturers. Besides the excellent performance, DFI main board boasts of the other two main properties including product stability and long lifespan.

Many players pay more attention to the stability than super frequency performance. In order to satisfy the demand of "stability" from the customers, DFI specially puts Blood Iron series meaning strong as iron into market for providing more options to consumers besides super frequency.

Comparing with the products at the same level of price, the new product of BI P45-T2RS still keeps [4-phase PWM] and [all-solid capacitor], which are the two critical properties relating to the stability. The competitive price does not mean low quality and bad material used. Other peripheral supports like 7.1 channels audio, Gigabit LAN and 6 SATA interface are also embedded.

Except for the advantage of stability, BI P45-T2RS serves also as wise choice to step in the super frequency field. Although BI series does not intend to pursue super frequency, the quality of DFI super frequency is also revealed in the board. The excellent hardware circuit same as the DK series and diversified BIOS super frequency setup enable the users to freely step in the super frequency field with limited money. BI P45-T2RS also enjoys unique ABS design of DFI enabling to freely and rapidly improve the efficiency of the system, and BIOS setup can also be exchanged via network for stead enhancement of individual capacity.

For stepping in the super frequency field, BI P45-T2RS is the best primary product; for stable performance, BI P45-T2RS is also the best choice at competitive price.

LANParty ABS

ABS is "two-step" over-clocking software. Simply install the software, reboot the computer, press <F1> to improve FSB frequency (200MHz>266MHz; 266MHz>333MHz; 333MHz>400MHz), and your CPU will be upgraded automatically! With ABS, you can enjoy the performance of the a high-end CPU at the entry-level cost.

Features
  • Intel P45 with ICH10R
  • Intel LGA 775 Core2 Extreme/ Quad/ Duo
  • Supports DDR2 667/800/1066(1200MHz max.)
  • FSB supports up to 1333MHz
  • Genie BIOS with various BIOS setting for extreme performance
  • Auto Boost System (ABS): upgrade your CPU automatically
  • AMD ATI CrossFire ready

Many Thanks to LiNKIN for sending this in.

I agree on the yellow slots but the P35 had the blue and white ram slots! I wonder if this is half the beast the P35 version is/was?

Also cudos on the crossfire option, something I wish the P35 would have had!!!!!!!

Yeah, I don't care about the color scheme. If the performance is anything like the p35 BL, it will be one hell of a budget board.

but will it continue its budget like goodness?

Only time will tell guys. . . .:o

EDIT: Oh and THANK YOU LiNKIN!

It should, but then again DFI has never really disappointed me whether high or mid or budget.

i sort of wish i had bought a bloodiron instead of my premium, its just with the board you inherit a form of heritage haha, im sure someone will understand me :)

The gigabyte p45 is around $100 +- 15, so I wonder how much this is going to cost

I'm sure DFI will sell a ton of these if they live up to the previous blood iron, but . . .
LANParfty ABS
what is a LANParfty? :p

Currently, the most awesome value for a P45 (DDR2) board is the Gigabyte EP45-UD3P @ $135. If this sells for $125, it gets it.

what is a LANParfty? :p

The result of DFI's PR team on too much acid. Fixed.

Wow I just might pick this up for a spare rig
