Specs:
P4 2.4, 1.5Gb of RAM, 750GB, ATI 9800XT

Mods:
I've used old metal case as a skeleton, It's covered with 1/2 inch Oak plywood and then all types of moulding.

Metal skeleton was taken of the old case, everything else was crafted. I've used couple of colors to give it an interesting look. Here are some images and a youtube video.

Here are all the images http://borysatwork.info/case/Case.html

Materials:

Old case (Skeleton)

1/2 Inch Oak Plywood,

6ft of Base Moulding

6ft of 2 types of Casing moulding

6ft of custom made one (the top one)

Golden Metal Grill

Polyurethane

Magna Lacquer

Custom stains

Wood Glue

Tools used:

Table saw

10 inch Meter saw

Jigsaw

all Types of drills

23ga Nail Gun

18ga Nail Gun

It looks awesome and very nice finish. My only con is your cable management. 8/10 for all the custom work.
