not gonna happen...sorry but you are already getting the best that platform has at stock.
an old HD5450 that sells used for like $10 has about 4x the graphics processing power.

on board graphics " suck away vital memory ( probably in your bios you can only assign 128mb max )
and if your other thread you sugest your going to overclock your cpu then your going to introduce system instability and your board will probably be crap for overclocking

GMA 945 or slightly better...
An A10 apu would be 300x better than what he has.
From what I gather he would be happy with a HD5450 or Nvidia 210

That was the beuty of that platform, you probably could get some sort of overclock out of even the cheap boards. I wish my board (similar to the OP's) was not faulty, then I'd try that GMAboost... Would be pretty interesting.

It's the GMA x4500, which is quite a bit faster than 950. The 950 doesn't play ANYTHING, the xXXXX series are more like your common GPU, but very slow. He can play Knights of the Old republic, something essentially impossible on GMA 950. Even Quake 3 games runs like shit on GMA 950 iirc. Now he has Jedi Outcast/Jedi Academy to play. Maybe even Psychonauts...

There is nothing you can do without spending at least a small amount of money. I know you are broke and you are not the only one, so here are some suggestions:
1) Your motherboard has both DDR2 and DDR3 slots. Not sure which ones you are using, but in case it is DDR2, you can sell old sticks and buy a kit of 2x4GB DDR3-1333. Those are relatively cheap: around $35 new, ~$20-25 used in almost any country.
2) Spend another $20 on used Core2Quad Q8xxx or Core2Duo E8xxx. Any CPU that runs on 1333MHz FSB would be better than the one you have. Overclock it by ~30%, get the RAM running at 1333MHz and you'll see the world of difference.
3) Get some money back by selling the old CPU, RAM and maybe one of your 500GB HDDs. MAy take a while, but it will get you a few precious bucks back.
4) Start working really hard to get a dedicated video card. I'd look for something like used Radeon HD 6570 or higher.

You cannot make shit run significantly faster by overclocking or some magical software solution.
