Come to Washington, we gouge you on everything and have a 9.0% or so sales tax. Plus we never fix the potholes outside the city.

Come to Canada, we have a 20% customs tax, an exchange rate, and shipping. Then another 15% sales tax. Got a 1070 for a buddy when they first came out, $830can delivered. I think well over 700 still now.
I'm still praying to find a cheap used 970 for sli.....

interesting, could sell my current GTX 980 for $300 according local market and order myself a GTX 980ti ♥, sounds great, the unique problem so far, availability and shipping, so open your eyes little peche, there is no GTX 980ti for ya, also your GTX 980 fit all your needs, so you better lit that pipe again and continue what your were doing!

The 9xx have been cooler than many AIB units ime. My 970's idle 27c & max @ 70c, but that is with a modded bios for less power throttling, theyd be cooler without the mod. Ive never had my fans spin past 70% but if they do, its like a jet taking off :laugh:

. I currently have them in sli just because (i dont really game) and they idle a touch higher at 33c and 30c bottom & top respectively.

The newer 10xx models reference design is ugly as f@ck imo tho, & its ludicrous that they charge more for it
