Id rather get a hard copy of the disc from the store. Or at least from Direct2Drive and burn it to a disc myself. Im not a fan of steam.

Havent seen any reviews of this game, but the first two expansions of warhammer are bad ass. I suspect this will follow the same suit.

Be prepared to be a little disappointed. Defending yoru base is nothing like it is in DC.

I'll be buying mine this weekend. ^^

soulstorms pretty good, the two new races really throw off the old balance of the game. but very fun, the necron lord has some new avatar called the deciever or something he can make a decoy monolith which is clever, and the sisters of whats it called are jibbed, they ruin you if your a race like eldar or necron, ive been playing as chaos cos their lighter infantry are very effective at clearing out bases and you can have quite afew of them compared to obliterator squads. ooers and still havent had a go at the dark eldar yet. but heard that ill supposedly like playing as them according to my housemate.
many many months ahead of fun :D

Wait until you are attacked in a region that you just took over. All yoru capture points and structures are gone.

really? oh well ive only had it on my pc for two days now lol and whenever i get a chance to play it its mp not sp.. .so its not like dark crusade where if one of your areas gets attacked after you take it over, u still have your buildings? well. thats poopy, ive heard that space marines are harder to keep reinforced now in soulstorm, what do u rekon?

Its too much. I'd rather get a used copy at a retail store. (disk)

I downloaded it off Steam, love the new units and some new effects, my only gripe is the Load Times and the Planet Scale Menu it's a little choppier than Dark Crusade but im glad they chose to use this engine vs the Essence Engine (Company of Heroes, Mark of Chaos) I do agree it's expensive they should of included Dark Crusade with it.
