Futuremark has just launched another interactive web based benchmark application called VirtualMark, that allows users to determine their 3DMark score, without actually running the 3D benchmark software on their system. Once you allow the web application to run in your browser and analyse your system, it checks the ORB database for submitted results which match your system specifications as closely as possible. It's not going to be 100% accurate but with the millions of results already in its database, you should be able to find a match which is pretty close. Obtaining a common score is a simple three step process with VirtualMark which takes only a minute or so to run. You can give it a try here.

I just ran it on my E2180 machine, it gave me 2000 3Dmarks, pretty close to my actual score, but still about 200 points off.

i gots 11400. idk know if thats good or bad tho. i dont use benchmarks

not bad - it was only 128 points off my actual score of 12,128

13500 for me.. meaningless rubbish.. miles out..

trog

My Xps m 1710 gets 5300 pts running on batteries, don't know if its good. I guess for a laptop running on batteries, it is, but it is small compared to you guys 10 000+ scores.
Does this compare to 3d mark 05, or 06?

I just ran it from work~~~ 300~~~ Woot!1

:laugh::laugh::laugh::roll::roll::roll:

my score is n/a

What's really needed is 3DMark06.lite that only takes 60 seconds MAX to calculate the scores. The 3DMarkXX are great benchmarks but way too long to execute. Its boring.

Assuming you mean that your actual score is not as high as that, then others with comparable systems to yours are getting higher......so you need to tweak more! ;)

It only gave me 10,200.... 2,000 lower than what i really got.

This is nice to get a ballpark range. Checking it out on my work computer. 3.2ghz p4 with mx440 integrated graphics :p Score ends up at N/A though.

Interested to see what I'd get on my rig in specs though. That tops out at 3300 on 3dmark03

relative to a real 2006 run its miles out.. however feel free to assume anything u want to.. :D :D

trog

ps.. it might be vaguely correct with a system at stock speeds.. ??

i gots 7100 - but then i dont really care, as long as the games look good

I thought you would like that............

I tried it earlier this week and got 13500. After tweaking my system, I get the same; however, in 3dMarks06 I get an average 12250. 12500 has been my highest. I think the virtual marks analyzes you system and provides a score of what your system speed and components should be posting. So for me, I got more tweaking to do; for others, you're doing something right.

Scored 200  Work computer, P4 2.66, Radeon 9600, 512 RAM.

scored me at 9100 - about 900 points out from my typical scores of 10k

I think I have a problem here... Just did it, and got 28700! Only at 13000ish right now... lol.. WAY OFF!

Damn near just shat myself... I got 1100, then i realized im running my old X700 Pro, not my 8800GTS >.<

woot 2800 for me

Got 16,400. Seems spot on for me, but then again I did post my score before on that site.

I got 14,100. About 100pts. more than I score in a 3dmark06 run.

i didnt even bother after seeing what it wanted me to do to get a score ill just to the actual programme.
