Go into Device Manager and Right click on display then Properties then update drivers.
If that that doesn't work maybe somebody else will have a better idea

You might have to scroll down and select the resolution under the "PC" section before 10 bpc shows up.

Your monitor has DP 1.2. I doubt its supports 4k 60hz + 10-bit, 4:4:4 subsampling. I think only DP 1.3+ can do that. So there will have to be compromises, ie, 4k @ 30hz to be able to do 10-bit. Best to stick to 4k 60hz, 4:4:4 and 8-bit.

That's a TN panel though, I thought they can't do "real" 10-bit?
It should be 8-bit+FRC, no?
I can't get 10-bit output on my IPS panel either, which Asus also claims is 10-bit...
And no, changing to 30Hz doesn't enable the option.

The PB287Q is TN panel with 10bit (8bit + FRC), which is not true 10bit color support. I have the PA329Q, the professional line which is an IPS 4k + 60hz + true 10bit RGB/4:4:4 over DP 1.2, and have no problems with these settings.

Thanks for answers, but my panel not true 10 bit supported.Asus tricked me :(

What's you GPU?

PS.
You bought a 4K TN panel and want to see 10-bit colour from it. You tricked yourself.

This has nothing to do with the panel type you probably can't get 10-bit color on RGB, not enough bandwidth. Use YCbCr 422 and 60hz.

Well this display uses DP 1.2 which can't output 10-bit at 4K 60. HDMI 1.4 which this monitor also uses does not support 10-bit at 4K, only 8-bit at 30 (?) Hz. Return the monitor if you can.

A proper 4k panel can output those settings on dp 1.2, as in the pa329q.
