If you did not sign a NDA and its paid retail stuff. I say post the benchmarks!

Unless its against some rule that I am not aware of, then maybe best to check with the MODs before doing it.

I doubt that it's against any rules, I'd compare this to posting results with ES/prototypes.

If OP is not under NDA, it's totally fine to post results AFAIK.

We want all the benchmarks mind! And don't forget Geekbench!

Howd you get a motherboard?

Howd you get a motherboard?

They work in Z690 Boards with the bios update, which has been out a while now.

I'm curious to see some benchmarks!

that is sweet - beating the 7950x in cine... very nice.

its quite impressive.. I'd be interested to see it with a lower Power cap, 292W is getting up there.
I think my 12900K pulls around 200W package power in cinebench runs.

@ Mods, i realize that i posted on the wrong section, can you move please?
Wow 292 Watts maximum? Was that during your Cinebench run.

Yes, it was.
Well I guess if you pair this with a 3090 or 4090 you will need a beefy PSU. I know that the recommended is 850W but if the CPU is pulling 200 Watts and 350 Watts that is already 550 and you haven't added ARGB (Which a lot of us have) A couple NVME drives and of course the fans that will be using more voltage to keep the PC cool. This means that for this generation if you want maximum efficiency you will need a 1200+ Watt PSU.

Cool! Enjoy your new shiny cpu

4090 space heater has a 450W TDP.

Front page news!

+5% score at +40% the wattage? Doesn't seem all that nice to me.
+5% score and +40% wattage on a much larger fab process... design wise yes, pretty nice. Not to mention everyone that buys these is running a 450W+ gfx card these days so that +40% wattage is a rounding error for system consumption at this point.

Why did you blur out the build version of Cinebench and MSI motherboard model. There is no reason to unless you are under NDA. It say MSI Z690 Unify-X on some of the HWInfo tabs. Defeats the purpose lol.

I personally like the KF models myself, or even just the F models. I don't like integrated graphics. My gtx 1070 laptop still gives me nightmares sometimes, as some games, like Hearthstone used to only read from integrated graphics, even though in Nvidia control panel I had it set to read from gpu dedicated only... was so freaking annoying. I wanted to play it in high refresh smoothness, instead it would be a hitching mess. It's fixed now, but I just never want to have to deal with it again.

That is one reason I am strongly considering a KF model raptor lake. Maybe a 13700F model.

What's the 13900KF single core score yet on R20 CB?
