[WTB][US] 2GB ddr 400mhz (PC3200)

I'm building a cheap rig for my brother and I'm looking for good cheap ram with a capacity of 2gb (X2-1gig) DDR 400 (PC3200). Anyone got these just laying around? I'd be glad to take them off your hands.

I have 4x512mb DDR 400. Not all boards take 1GB sticks. They were called high density RAM in their day.

Well its for an EVGA nForce 4 SLI Socket 939 ATX Motherboard. I wanted to leave him empty slots for a future upgrade. This board should run 1gb sticks right?

Yesh, those will run it.. its the early S754 and early 478 boards that had issues.
3 weeks ago I sold 2x1GB OCZ Plats to my neighbor for $30... :-| 2-2-2-8-2T 2.75V (1T with 2.9V)

I have THESE that for some reason my Asus A8N-E will not take as a dual-channel PAIR but one stick will run just fine.

EDIT: Can't offer you these cause apparently one stick is bad so I will need to RMA it.

Thank you for the nice find Xazax, but those are way out of my budget range. I'm looking to spend around $20. The key word is good cheap ram, if there is such a thing.

At 20 bucks you'd have to get 2x512 ddr to be honest. Even the cheap stuff goes for 30-35 from everything I've seen. But you may get lucky!
