3Gb in a laptop Overkill much?

Im currently running 2Gb in my laptop

the specs are:

Intel Core Duo (yonah) 1.66Ghz
X1600 mobility Graphics
2Gb -667Mhz ddr2 ram
80Gb sata Hdd
Windows XP Pro

now i usually use my laptop for f@H (im proud to say im top 20 on the TPU chart)
& the usual net browsing & using office etc, & the only games I really ever play on it since the graphics is so limited is RPG's mainly guildwars which runs pretty sweet on it.

My question is

would i benifit from running 3Gb in my laptop other then 2?

I was considering getting a flash memory stick & using that as page file to speed up performance but then when i looked at prices they were more or less the same as ram

I sorry to rush but i need replys asap as i gonna be popping out soon & will be picking up whatever on the way

yeah i tend to use my laptop to multitask a lot e.g

playing music while F@H & downloading torrents while surfing the net or in guildwars

I doubt it. Unless you are trying to load a bunch of stuff at once, more than 2gb isn't going to help much.
