MSI Z270 Gaming Pro Carbon, INTEL Core i7-7700Kaby See, overclocking from 4.2 GHz to 4.8 GHz,
4.8 GHz idle but not over 3.8 GHz under load (in game),
the values are from CPU-Z and Core Temp.
Is that normal?

Please give us all your hardware details because if you e.g. you have an old power supply or mainboard with cheap vrm's, it may be that your processor is clocking down.
