I had a Sapphire Vapor-X 4870 and that heatsink was dead silent and very good at keeping the card cool. My vote goes to the Vapor-X(not the "Toxic" version).

Lol, my vote actually goes to the Toxic version.

*Ugh, if that Toxic 4890 was under $200 bucks I'd pick it up. This is by far the best card I've ever owned.

I don't know about how well it works, but I like the look of the HIS cooler. It does get a minus for the cooler place on the back cause it just looks so out of place.
