5770 a significant upgrade over 4870?

post lists I chose a newer feature card while having an older one of similar performance also states the fact that the 4870 and 5770 are neck and neck in wiz's reviews which they are and that the stock performance won't change based on those reviews which is again a fact. I highlight that in the 9800pro x700 debate I ended up with higher performance with lower temps and power requirements plus new features ie an argument for the 5770 and that I was able to sell the older card and upgrade for 40$ another argument for the 5770.

I think your reading lacks merit, you're interpreting based on what other posters have said. I'm not them.

nope just commenting on your posts calm down Cylon :D
