6600 XT Poor Image Quality

Nowadays, green camp is more expensive so I would prefer a solution at this point. I mean amd is trustworthy can't be their problem, something's wrong by my side.

What exactly is the issue? Image quality? Image stability? What is the exact monitor, and port do you use? Have you tried using a different port/cable?

This thread is so funny to me because I just built a 6600xt system and it works just like every other GPU I've ever used. People want to see problems where there are none sometimes.

If you have fuzzy image quality the first thing to do is to take photos of the output from your monitor and compare it to a screen capture.

Go to www.lagom.nl/lcd-test/sharpness.php and take a photo IN FOCUS.

This is mine, at work, using an old Pixel3a which isn't exactly a state-of-the-art phone camera any more. You can clearly see that my display is rendering individual pixels with no blurring. Unfortunately the OP never managed to submit any clear images. Everything he sent us was blurred or shaky so really really hard to identify anything he was talking about and help him in a meaningful way.

This is the screen-capture using snipping tool:

and this is my display result:

you can clearly see that my display is matching the OS, and you can perfectly see individual pixels in the 1x1 checkerboard, and the 2x2 checkerboard.

If your display output doesn't match the OS, we need a pair of images like mine above in order to diagnose the problem. One directly from your OS via PrtScn or snip tool, and one from a photo of your monitor. If you can't make out the pixels in your photo, neither can we - which means nobody here will be able to reliably help you.
