a111087 im am sorry for not getting back sooner but i lost this thread. to answer your question i think its abit of both that had my temps that low, all my cables are along the edges of my drive bays to keep them out of the way and i have 2 120mm fans pulling air out (plus my psu) and a 140mm sucking air in. i also have a 60mm fan on my uc-06 which sucks any heat from the top of the card and pushes it into the flow of my cpu blower which then forces it out the rear fan. the second 120mm is on my side panel sucking out too also just above my gpu and bellow that there is a vent that lets cool air in for the gpu fan to push across it. i also live in the northwest of england and its never too hot around here so ambeint isnt realy an issue. sorry i aint got no pics as i cant get my phone and pc to connect for some unknown reason. i did refitt the heatsink on the 76gt not so long after posting my last post and i used mx-1 and that dropped my idle by 2c but it would still hit 55c after a good game.
i have changed card since and boy does this new on run hot, it idles in the 60s and has pushed all my idle temps up by 5/7c and 12c+ under load but it has also almost tripled my fps and 3dmark06 scores. i am looking into some water cooling now for my whole system but i thank you for answering my question.
