Why does everyone still uninstall and wipe clean the old drivers before installing the new ones? I thought since the 8.0's you didn't have to do that.
I just click Install and everything is fine, not one problem.My driver and catalyst are all updated without even uninstalling 8.12 before the 9.1. Am I missing something?
Basically i was doing that on my prior card Nvidia , and never had a problem too.
By coming in this forum , and after all that ppl about issues , i said what the hell ,
lets do things by the book.
Even doing things by the book , when you turn back from 9 to 8 ,
there is a warning for overwriting three CAT 9 newer files , on windows system folder.
Other than that , the process looks fool proof .
