I know its a haswell page but lynnfield and haswell are mostly the same overclocking wise. just slight differences but mainly I would suggest monitor your temps to make sure you are not over heating and make sure to run stress test like prime 95 or intel burn test to make sure your oc is stable. mainly for you its just upping you bclck adding core voltage and possibly ram voltage try that if it doesnt post try a little more
