First gen Core i7 processors are still quite good and that GPU is nothing to scoff at either. Newer games would probably want a stronger GPU, but other than that, it should still be a pretty decent rig.

If you haven't overclocked your 920, now would be a good time. It can easily reach 3.6GHz, 3.8 will take a little more voltage but is still very doable, and 4.0 is about the top end without going into extremes. In my experience, a Corsair H70 kept it comfortably cool at 3.8, and still cool enough at 4.0 to run but it did get a bit warm. I sat at 3.6 most of the time, as I could easily reach that speed even with undervolting slightly.

Once you've done that, the next upgrade I would look at is the video card. The 760 is still quite good, but if you find yourself lacking performance in the latest titles, a newer more powerful video card will help there.

Lastly, if you don't have an SSD, now is a good time to get one. Get a 128GB SSD for your OS and your programs, and install games and other storage on HDD.

i think turning off Antialiasing (if needed) can make the rig last at least 2 years

+1 plus if you don't fall into the crazy shadow & draw distance settings designed to sell powerful video cards in order to play console ports then it can last you a few more years.
