i dont know what im doing but i think i updated @bios to a newer version, dowloaded a new bios from the USA mirror because the tawanian one wasnt working, and now i should press

I think i flasshed the bios - i used the q-flash utility and my flash drive... but the only new thing i found was that my multiplyer can be set to 13 max not 12.5

I wouldn't get a new mobo, I would buy a cpu and use the same board.

i googled a lot, i was doing the biosflash right but i was flashing the original bios not the modded one that RX-7 tried to send me... the only not corrupted file was the readme :D and i copied a part of the text from there, googled it, and found the bios from a brazilian? forum, i flashed it and it worked!!!! big thanks to RX-7!!!!

stay tuned for fresh oc results :D :D

All you need to do is stick it on some sort of bootable medium and copy those files over to the medium. Autoexec.bat should do everything for you aside from user confirmation input: press y to continue, are you sure, etc.

its a bit too high on a brisbane
if it was a windsor, maybe but its not

Funny thing my x2 4600 is the windsor with 1.325v stock. I have stock cooling and running 1.275v @ 3.05ghz:laugh:

yeah i did it and thank you you are the computer GOD :rockout:

and i played for some time and got it up to 3.4 ghz on software overclocking (easutune5)

i cant cold boot it on that frequency sadly

if i have some free time ill post some screens and ill be aiming for 3.5
