This cpu is in super good condition and will do 3.2ghz + no problem. It is faster 6400+ because it has more on chip memory, better memory controller and improved core communication (or so I'm told) It is considered to be the fastest AM2 dual core. It is a Black Edition cpu and comes with unlocked mutipliers. I don't have the fan but do have the box.
