That first board is probably a DFI Blood Iron 780G-M2R. The Lanparty JR (mATX) 790GX-M2RS will have the solid caps and usual Lanparty colour scheme of its big brother pictured beneath, the DK 790GX-M2RS. A Phenom HTPC sounds like overkill but it would bring out best from the 790GX's integrated 3470 core.that top board does look like it'd make one crazy lanning case
i like where the sata is placed, only thing thatd make me like that mobo even more is if it had solid caps on it, hell, thatd make one great mediacenter front end, with 2x pci-e it would handle 1080p HD no worries.
