When I enter the BIOS and go to the Jumpter settings (I think) where you can up the Multiplier and CPU Voltage and RAM volts etc. Because the all the volts for RAM and CPU are set to Auto, is it possible to just up my CPU from 2.41GHZ to a 2.8GHz? And with the volts set to Auto, it will like auto set it to the correct volts for my CPU to run at 2.8? Or would I have to change the CPU volts and FSB. By OC'ing... Do I OC the FSB by 5 MHz all the time then keep rebooting until it won't boot then up my CPU volts then leave it at the highest it can go?

You can probably hit 2.6 on stock volts. I would up the volts to 1.425V and take it to 2.8 GHZ, that should be fine. You can take it up 5Hz at a time, but since you are low anyway, take it up 10mhz at a time.

Would another way to just keep upping the FSB by 10MHz at a time then when it won't boot or something, up my volts a bit? And what's the maximum GHz my CPU can go up to do you think?

I'd say 2.7/2.8 ghz, with no volt mods. you can probably get stable at 2.8@1.5/1.55vcore. depends on the stepping & mobo. You can keep OCing until you aren't stable, then try voltage bumps, and you'll notice an improvement, but keep in mind you'll hit a brick wall where all the voltage in the world won't allow you to go any faster.

after you think you've reach a good oc speed, do some stress testing in the windows environment. you can use programs like 3dmark06 which stress both cpu cores (not just one). this will help make sure the system is stable.

don't forget to keep an eye on the cpu temp as increasing voltage will increase temperatures too!
