Oops..almost forgot about this...cpu is degraded, for sure. loss of max clocks and long term stability just belowe old max.

I have a somwhat crappy chip too.. the 6mb of free cache makes me like it a little more though. :toast:

to keep on topic i ran a 945ES RB-C1 (top that) @1.7v for more than a month with no degradation cooling was done by water and kept the cpu under 55C

I'm running 1.58 24/7 on mine. Had it for a year and it still works fine. Just bumped it to 1.6 and increased the speed.
