no,absolutely not.
both are great ideas,both poorly implemented.
amd's idea to scale resolution with mouse movement is great,but the way it looks at this point,ugh,it's not even worth further discussion.
dlss works great in demos,when they devote a lot of time to polish it.with games it's more a miss than a hit at this point.played control with dlss on,it's super inconsistent from area to area.

you probably shouldn't be trying to run 4K on a gpu that's really meant for anything over 1440p

Used on my MBP with BL3 and got 10-15fps bonus, almost no noticable difference but objects in the distance blur
