Any benchmarks with these drivers? ..or perhaps they're the ones sent with the cards to reviewers?

Any Update Checker on CCC?

I'm kinda new to AMD, just wondering if they have any update checker or automatic updating on CCC.

Or do I have to update it manually

Does anyone know if this fixes the problem with CCC in W8.1?

Happened to my 2x 4850 and now i just installed a new 7870 Tahiti LE, still same error with a complete uninstall of CCC and reinstall...
I keep getting this

I had that problem on my laptop when it was 8.0. Just installing a newer version over the old one fixed it for me, but I was updating intentionally.

I tried out these betas and they have fixed my problem.

hex edit this beta6's atidxx32.dll & go to 0x69ae34, grand theft auto 5 (it was in the CAP last month)

the update check only looks for WHQL drivers, so you'll be weeks/months behind

it also isnt automatic... i dont think i've even seen an auto updating driver & i would never want to have one (would check user reports & release notes first, even if it's a quick glance for 5min)

also i feel like the update checker has been disabled due to a theoretical security exploit, or was that nvidia? (or both)

I thought with AMD the 2000-4000 series was "legacy" and therefore only major updates would work with those cards. Could that be the reason this package doesn't work with the 4850s?

I'm also disliking that Raptr is installed by default. I thought that would just be a separate download.

Good driver, unlike previous versions (after 13.4) this release fix "3D clock stuck at 300 MHZ bug" for my 7790, no longer need to fix it manually.
And all my games running smoothly without problems.

Good job, AMD! :toast:

Yes, this is the one they sent with the cards to all 290X reviewer, 13.250.18.0 :

What is that mean?

Just for your guys' info: This driver includes Raptr, and will automatically install it if you use express install.

I already had it installed before this, and I always use custom install anyway, but some of you might not like Raptr so,...

These seem to be alright, still have to disable Crossfire on my 7950 + 7970 setup (terrible lag in DX9 games) and ULPS still has to be disabled (99% GPU2 load bug). I've only played Guild Wars 2 so far with them along with Folding@Home (not at the same time, I bet games still crash the driver and turn into an artifacting mess when F@H is running).

There's a severe problem if xfire isn't working on DX9. I finished far cry 3 in DX9 mode with almost nary a hitch.

During install select Custom Installation and uncheck Raptr.

Another useless crappy application. No worries. You can uninstall it.

raptr is actually ok if you give it a chance.

does some pretty cool stat tracking....

I would love to see that too. As it stands you'd have to buy an MST-capable hub (€150) for configurations like that.

I'm getting the same problem as you.

I have tried installing on top of the old driver, complete uninstall of the old driver but nothing as worked.

Which DX9 games???

There is no crossfire problem in DX9 that i know of.

Like, nearly all of them? Team Fortress 2, Guild Wars 2, etc. are unbearably choppy and littered with high latency frames until I turn CFX off and restart the computer. I have a 7970 and 7950 crossfired with two bridges.
