When people realized that AMD Live! software bundled gaming software by WildTangent Inc., many people cried foul. The reason people are so worried about software from WildTangent Inc. being bundled with AMD Live! is because Wild Tangent was spyware when it was bundled with AOL Instant Messenger several years ago. AMD and WildTangent Inc. both have stated that the Wild Tangent software bundled with AMD Live! is not spyware. The reason that security vendors flagged Wild Tangent as spyware when it was bundled with AIM was because it collected information about the user and sent it to WildTangent Inc. well if AMD is distrubuting it should any problems arise from the wild tangent agent then i suggest a class action against AMD.

Its still spyware, just because they burried the description of what it does in a 40 page EULA doesn't suddenly make it not spyware. It takes information about the user and their computer and sends it back to Wild Tangent, the definition of spyware.
