Benchmark Scores Faster than yours... I'd bet on it. :)
I never suggested it was impossible to reach those temps. I am only saying that its clearly not 'ok' when you are running things out of spec temperature wise. :)

I have a feeling it'll be 100% fine.

Well, it's also probable that they will simply let fan run at high rpm to keep the temps down. All i want is them to use Gentle Typhoons in there as they did with Fury X.

The 50x generates enough heat that it could probably kill itself if their 60c target was true. Seriously, even with a heat sink this thing gets hot running by itself in a loop. If it dies I'll buy something that won't run itself stupid hot. No sweat off my back.

I'm a big fan of the d4/d5 variants. Years later my d4 and d5 vario still run beautifully

I didn't want a big pump. Guess that's what I get for being picky. I'll probably replace this 50x with a D5 before Quakecon.

My combo was barely 50 and I was warned about the heat. Figured a heatsink and shoggy would be enough. It's probably fine but it is a tad noisy. I run it at 40%.

Big quiet pump is where it's at I have had a 350/355 and some earlier of that series. I was never impressed and always went back to my d4 and d5.

wow Crapvidia fan boys do you even know whats behind the technology of the product... clearly not idiots your crapvidia cards are finally dead and Broken and you don't even know it.

1 they dont cant and wont do Asynchronous shading most of the Crapvidia cards are not what they are advertised you buy a 64 bit card 99% chance they lied and turned off 10 to 12 of your bits to save money to rip you off.

here ya go if you want a refresher of the life and times of your crapvidia,

IMO AMD is going for the future and your all going to need them they have already locked down almost 85% of the VR contracts locking AMD in and crapvidia out, wall street sees the Damage AMD is going to do to and is telling Crapvidia shareholders to dump their shares and buy AMD, but you know better then they do dont you

So you just keep Crying how great your 10th generation ... "opps ya well exaggerated that" how about your early 2000's tech refreshed over and over again and a over clock here and there to make you spend more money for the same crapvidia stuff. you support a company the lies and cheats you and you love it. I WANT MY CRAPVIDIA .... you can have it! all your cards will be LUCK at best to last 5 years and still run 1 or 2 games of the future, i can still put my old 6970 in and play any of todays games with good FPS and its counter part the GTX8800 lol dust lucky if you can get it to even run over 25 to 30 FPS on low settings, lol Nvidia chumps .... errr chimps you get the drift if not well your Dumber than i thought

Read up you might learn something and i don't use the work might in an educational sense.....

I have both a 9800GTX+ and 6950EAH flashed to 6970, both cards can run medium settings at best at 1080P. Honestly no idea why you brought this thread to the top with such a fanboy filled hate speech.
