Just a question, is there a reason why you want to Flash the Bios? Is the card working OK?
Or you want to flash it into a 5700 XT version perhaps?
Thank You,

I would like to put in a 5700XT version. The vga is working perfectly.

I would not recommend flashing a perfectly working card but if you do it remember updating the vga BIOS is done at your own risk and is never without risk.

There are specific files needed and flash commands needed too.

Yes, I read your flash tutorial and checked the commands. I've even unlocked the bios. But I saw on the site that there is no XT bios for my vga

Yeah no one has uploaded a phantom Gaming D 5700XT bios here yet.

If you find one let us know

The only solution for now is check out Igorslab radeon tweakers group

You can probably just use the Phantom D non OC 5700 xt bios that's in the database.

edit: TBH, you could probably use the challenger bios as well, as they probably all share the same PCB. But safest bet is to try the Phantom Gaming D (non OC) bios first. And DON'T FORGET TO SAVE A COPY OF YOUR STOCK BIOS.
