Edit: Finally just countered a counter. First since beta.

Edit2: Just had my best tank round 17-5 overall. Just knew I was gonna crash and it did but made it all the way down to from 800 to 180 tickets first on our losing side. Should get my stats etc; no rejoins. I really only get the audio looping ones now and as I just changed sound hardware I think it's def the game and hopefully this imminent update fixes that one too.

My crashes seem to happen in between rounds now. Better than mid game! Installing Direct X and VCredist from the game install directory plus AMD Beta 13.11 v9.2 drivers helped mine alot, or the switch to the 290

Sorry Kurgan, and anyone else, who was in our server when it crashed (just now).

Usually it's up about 2 days before it crashes. I'll make sure to restart the server before I start trying to start populate it to try and keep it from crashing in the middle of everything.

How come most if not all of my IGLA shots seem to fly straight up in the air and never towards target? At first I thought due to countermeasures but it's like multiple shots in a row it seems. Haven't had much luck with the Javelin yet either similarly. Stinger is fine...

I don't have BF4 but I tried only for a bit.

• Why the heck are some of the old sound-effects still there, repetitive to my ears.
  It definitely feels like they didn't bother adding sound variation, always same breathing that doesn't sound real at all. Why most games always compress the audio so much.
• Is the Jet "cockpit shake" bug fixed ?
• Still no proper ejection seats for jets ... i think there is none.
• Is there proper Joystick support for Jets, like Saitek Cyborg ando ther flight sticks?
• Auto-Deployment of the Tripod is sometimes bugged with the terrain objects that makes it quite annoying as the animation cannot be canceled in middle and also the holes to shoot out aren't properly aligned to be usable sometimes. Probably the biggest annoyance in almost every game, not just tripod mode, but also basic crouching.
• Is the vehicle/object contact rubber banding issue gone ?
• Are jet-fighter-geeks still able to be faster when attacking? Jet attacker speed bias?

One of the major reasons why I never could decide about BF3 is because it was incredibly buggy and just cheaply put together, the animations didn't seem to be in sync with geometry, the whole implementation seemed wrong, the whole interaction with other object seemed so rigid and very box-like, a big eyesore, the phsycis were just horrible, when an airplane crashed, it lagged into a tree, some kind of pause, then stuff falls off and starts to burn up, a pause, then it explodes after it's seemingly destroyed, everything in such a rushed way.

And these bugs get amplified by the object/vehicle contact rubber banding, just a big soup of problems, it just makes the game annoying so much.

And something about the JET skill, this is not SKILL that if a player knows how to play with jet very good, he would be faster in chasing down an escaping jet he is attacking.

And all this "jet mouse controls" are so arcadey, it's just a stupid way to play a jet, it's just toys, I don't know how it is in BF4, but I know there is finally a bomber now, and cut the crap of this rocket pod and minigun nonsense. Simply feels too accurate, and the geeks who figured out the shitty mouse controls. I think some weapons have much bigger bullet boxes, it's so ridicolous, made to be easy and arcadey for the masses to "have fun", fucking don't care about your child fun, I want to play a real damn game, and battlefield hasn't been yet for me.

If you don't know for sure then better not answer any of these, I'll probably get BF4 somewhere when 15 patches will be already released, half the price, along with a new GPU if that will even happen anywhere in the next year at all, want to see AMD's Mantle in action, but then again, BF4 wasn't developed from the ground up with mantle, and they'll probably not put that much effort into new effects and making it look better than DX version, in the slides it says no all of them are present in this first december initial release (update).

After R7 we became really stable. We're constantly up ~2 days between each crash. Way better then it has been up to this point. R8 did not make it any better, but it didn't make it worse (unlike R4 :shadedshu)

It does on mine, but I have a quad core and 8 gigs of ram. Signature is my specs. It is on low settings, but I'm gonna try bumping it up tonite after this latest patch. Wish I could find a decent GPU driver update for it. It is missing a lot of visuals on those settings , but is playable and seeing as it is a transportable gamer I'm pretty happy about it. BF3 is not playable on it and even BFBC2 struggles on large maps. I bought the thing as a refurb for about $350 so no complaints here. I keep thinking about buying one of those Hybrid Solid State disk drives for it, then talk myself out of it because I don't use it much. Then end up dumping money into my new black hole. The Goat

Yeah I already got the update through Origin. Not sure if the R10 update has been completed for the servers.
