Hello, I just bought a used Sapphire RX 570 8GB, but I think it was used for mining because on Windows I get error code 47, and the card refuses to boot unless I enter BIOS CSM. So I tried flashing the card's BIOS, but I get "p/n mismatch." So, any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Your card has a bios switch. Did you check both bioses are not working?
If one of the bioses is working, can you share the output of amdvbflash /i ?

I have the same issue with each bios

I finally get a success with the bios flash on the 2 partition with bios switch but the problem is Always here

Can you share the output of amdvbflash /i ?

Pouvez-vous partager la sortie de amdvbflash /i ?
The software doesn't work and ask AMDPlatToolsConfig.xml in a location but the file is already in this location..

with the release 3.15 of the software , I get the actual bios of the gpu (see file)
ps: th error number isn'"t 47 but 43 , sorry

113-2E366AU-X56 = H5GQ8H24MJR memory. Can you remove the cooler and confirm if there is Hynix H5GQ8H24MJR on the PCB?

If it is indeed Hynix H5GQ8H24MJR, you can try to reflash the bios:

This bios might work as well since it was made for the same PCB but lower clocked:

113-2E366AU-X56 = Mémoire H5GQ8H24MJR. Pouvez-vous retirer le refroidisseur et vérifier la présence de mémoire Hynix H5GQ8H24MJR sur le circuit imprimé ?

S'il s'agit bien d'Hynix H5GQ8H24MJR, vous pouvez essayer de reflasher le bios :

Ce BIOS pourrait également fonctionner puisqu'il a été conçu pour le même PCB mais avec une fréquence d'horloge inférieure :
I already flash this bios Yesterday but the problem is the same
Thank you

Try to flash the slower bios, if it still doesn't work, your card is broken on hardware level:
I must flash the 2 partition with switch button on the Gpu ?

Try to flash the slower bios, if it still doesn't work, your card is broken on hardware level:
The software say that the p/n mismatch
I think , it's because the older bios has as p/n : 113-2E366AU-X56
And the new vbios has : 113-2E366DU--S4U
I 'm always on the release 3.15 of the software

You are not using amdvbflash the right way for your card. Use version 2.93. See mini guide below:
For RX 500 Series (Polaris) and Older:

Get amdvbflash 2.93

https://www.techpowerup.com/download/ati-atiflash/

Then look for Version 4.68, underneath 4.68 you will see a link to show older version, click that and you should see version 2.93

Here is a fix to make 2.93 work in Windows 10 and 11, Get the zip for version 5.0.567, extract it, then find the AMDVBDriverInstaller, execute the file and follow prompts, then restart the computer, that should help with bypassing Win8 Security feature prompt, if you get that prompt hit ok. Once done flashing run the file again to uninstall it for safety reasons

Follow these steps carefully:

1. Open your "C:" drive in Windows, create a new folder, call it atiflash.

2. Extract the contents of atiflash_293.zip to the "C:\atiflash" folder

3. Find the bios file you downloaded and rename the bios file to 5 digits with .rom on end Example RX 580, change file to rx580.rom (r****.rom)

4. Move r****.rom to the "C:\atiflash" folder

5. Open the start menu, type cmd, when cmd.exe appears right click it and hit "Run as administrator"

6. At the command prompt type in cd\ and press enter until only C:\> is on the screen.

7. Type in cd/atiflash and press enter, you should see C:\atiflash>

8. Type in amdvbflash.exe -i to identify the gpu you want to flash with a 0, 1, or 2)

9. At the C:\atiflash> prompt type in
amdvbflash.exe -unlockrom 0
(there is a space between the e and -unlockrom and 0)(0 is the number zero)
press enter and you will be prompted that the "ROM Unlocked" (or 1, 2)

10. At the C:\atiflash> prompt type in
amdvbflash.exe -f -p 0 r****.rom
(there is a space between the .exe and -f, and a space between -f and -p and 0).
(Or 1, 2)

Press Enter

Follow directions on screen and if flash is successful exit the command prompt and restart, windows should show up on screen.

I used this guide , the bios is write but the problem is the same...
You didn't use that guide. If you follow the guide it would allow you to perform a forced flash. Read again and use version 2.93!

Yes , after I used this guide and the flash worked properly but the problem is Always here

Maybe that it's not a problem of the vbios but an another problem...

366L06HU.S4U SHA checksum is different. Could be caused by empty space in the rom files.
366L06HU.X56 SHA checksum is exactly the same.

The bioses I provided you earlier are validated by a TechPowerUp staff member.

Yes but the bios is given by Sapphire who is the brand of the gpu and your vbios doesn't work so why not

Did you check the content of the zip file? It contains two bios files and not one bios.
I dont think you understand what a SHA checksum means. If the hash of a file is exactly the same, its the same on byte level.

Your card is broken on hardware level since you already tried 366L06HU.X56 and the bios file you got from Sapphire is exactly the same!

Go get a RX 6600 or something equivalent to that in 7000 series, Brand new in box, not used.

Why the gpu has an hardware issue if the card give a screen , 8gb of vram are detected and it flash correctly vbios ?

If it provides screen, it doesn't automatically mean it works properly!
