Exactly. BIOS’s aren’t like drivers that need updating. Unless the manufacturer specifically recommend a BIOS update there is absolutely no reason to do so.Why?

I know for a fact you can flash higher clocked and higher TDP BIOS on laptop MXM modules (people have managed to get the MSI 1070 MXM module up to 230+ up from a stock 150W and it scores around 25K firestrike) but this is only possible with an external flasher/correct vbios and isn't necessary for a desktop GPU at all
