Can you help what CPU+GPU to choose?

Hello everyone and happy new year!!!

I'm seeking of buying my first gaming pc and I'm among 3 options! If you could help I would appreciate it.
My first option is 650 Euro
CPU: Intel i5 10400F-2.9 GHz

RAM: 16GB DDR4

240GBSSD + 500GB HDD

GPU : NVidia GTX 1650 4GB

2nd option costs 765 Euro
CPU: Intel® Core™ i5-10400F
RAM: 16GB DDR4
512GB SSD
NVidia GTX 1660 Super 6GB

3rd option costs 802 Euro
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5-5500
RAM: 16GB DDR4
512GB SSD
Radeon RX 6600 8GB

To be honest I'm thinking of buying the second option, but I'm not sure if the 3rd option would be greater.

What do you think????

I don't play very heavy games, I usually play Fortnite, street fighter, witcher 3, need for speed, lara croft and I have an UHD 1080p monitor.

Option 1 is not a deal at all.

Stick to option 2
 
Option 3 but change the CPU to the 5600
 
Option 3 with a 5600 and buy a 1TB SSD. They are barely more than 30 bucks above the 500gb ones.
 
OP, if you do go the 1TB SSD route, the Western Digital 770 iirc is a good option for value. $89 on sale at both Newegg and Amazon right now.

If you need cheap rather than just value, I arbitrarily checked the MX500 1TB, and it’s $69. Seems you can get down to ~$50 for 1TB SSDs too e.g. this random example.

Edit: Just realized you’re on the other side of the pond, so not sure how much this will apply to you, sorry.

Get an AMD gpu and upgrade your monitor.

Option 3 will be the best for the future. But option 2 will work as well.

They are prebuilt so I have to go with the options... :/ I also think the ssd is too small, but i also have an external seagate hhd 4T. I hope it will do the work.

Unfortunatelly, it's prebuilt so I go with the options. I have an external seagate HHD 4T and hope it will work.

I used German prices since you're EU, but don't list your location.

Better deal than any of them, 45% faster single core over the 10400 and 20% faster single core than 5500 which is gimped in cache. Slightly slower in multicore than the 5500 but faster than the 10400. Doesn't matter anyway since you'll be GPU limited in any game you play at this tier.

Good PSU and good case which isn't typical from cheap prebuilts.

You also get a single m.2 PCIe 1 TB SSD instead of a 512 or mix of SSD/HDD, and 32 GB of RAM.

Building is easy, wouldn't take you longer than two hours with a simple YT guide.

Option 3 is best. At this level of GPU performance, CPU choice doesn't really matter. The 6600 gives you the best bang for your buck by far.
 
Option 3 then you can sell Ryzen 5-5500 and buy Ryzen 5-5600(x) or 5700x after you find a buyer or just build one yourself.

Most of the times its safe to buy second hand Motherboard or CPU if you can test them , you can build a better system for less money.
Ive build many systems for friends / family etc. using 2nd hand MBs , CPUs and RAM , never had a problem and got them for half of the price (mostly with 6 - 8 months warranty left) but ofc ive tested them first, different story with the GPUs because of the mining frenzy but if you find them at gamers and you can test them they could be OK too.
I never had a motherboard or CPU failing (still have some working laptops / pc from like 20 years or so) unless they had physical damage , failed bios flash or they came broken from the store, there can still be a risk when buying 2nd hand but i think if you can test them it should be OK.

Or find a 5800OEM
 
Any reason not to build your own? Pre-builds are typically overpriced and come with terrible cases, fans, and PSUs.
